Here at Yellowstone Management we provide exceptional Project Management services primarily for the education sector. Proven by our track record and portfolio of 70 schools acquired by Director Steve Waters’. with his 20+ years of experience and commitment to the education sector. We are a small organisation with significant project management knowledge and experience, this allows us to complete all services required exceptionally well. Our flagship school being Manurewa Intermediate has become a state-of-the-art school for technology and modern learning environments and won the Prime Minister’s Education Excellence Supreme Award in 2017. Yellowstone Management has recently been successful with obtaining a position on the Ministry of Education’s new Property Project and Programme Management (PPPM) Panel. Yellowstone Management provides services such as managing 10YPP’s and property projects of any nature, general maintenance programmes, assist school caretakers/property managers with job roles and schedules, assisting with B.W.O.F, compliance issues, fire, security, floods and water leaks, regularly updating cyclical maintenance calculations and budgets, health and safety checks, extended education programmes outside the normal curriculum.
